Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
The standard for URL says that they can't start with a '-' and your page starts with it. So, while people can visit your page on Windows and Mac, most (all?) Linux distros follow the standard to a T and won't even bother resolving the address to an IP (or I think that's the stage at which Linux fails to load your page. I don't have Linux running on my home pc right now.)
